And this fall, we’re helping moms finally name what’s really going on.
This fall, we’re launching The SHE Shift—a wellness campaign created exclusively for single moms who are tired of pushing through the fog and finally ready to feel good again.
Brought to you by Single Moms Society, The SHE Shift is a year-round initiative built for real life. It’s for the moms holding it all down—who suddenly find themselves facing symptoms they can’t quite explain. One minute you’re fine. The next, your emotions swing, the brain fog settles in, your energy crashes, and your body doesn’t feel like your own.
What if it’s not just stress?
What if the exhaustion isn’t from parenting alone?
What if you’re not falling apart—but entering perimenopause?
When “Just Tired” Isn’t Just Tired
Let’s be honest—single moms are used to fatigue. It comes with the job. But what happens when that tired doesn’t go away? When your memory slips, your mood shifts, and your sleep is constantly interrupted—even when the kids are finally quiet?
✔ You think it’s “mom brain.”
✔ You blame it on stress or getting older.
✔ You push through another day.
But here’s what most moms don’t know:
Perimenopause can begin as early as your late 30s or early 40s, and it lasts—on average—7 to 10 years. It’s the transition before menopause, when your hormones start to shift quietly but powerfully. And it doesn’t come with a user manual.
For single moms already running on fumes, this phase can feel overwhelming—and invisible.
Why It’s Been So Hard to Talk About
For decades, women’s health focused on pregnancy and postpartum… then skipped straight to menopause. That left a whole generation of mothers feeling confused, isolated, and unsupported in the years in between.
Single moms especially get overlooked. With fewer safety nets, less time, and more people depending on them, the message becomes:
Just deal with it.
🩺 Doctors dismiss symptoms as anxiety or stress.
🧠 Moms turn to Google, trying to self-diagnose.
💊 Health systems offer band-aid solutions—if any at all.
We’re here to change that.
The SHE Shift: Rewriting the Wellness Script for Moms
Our upcoming SHE Shift campaign is built on one truth:
You cannot keep showing up for everyone else if you’re falling apart inside.
This initiative will include:
🌿 Information & resources connecting moms to expert-led virtual chats on perimenopause, burnout, body movement, nutrition, and hormone health
🌿 Real-life tools and trackers from women-centered platforms like Re-Spin, designed to help you tune into your body with confidence
🌿 Podcast conversations that dig deeper—starting with our August episode featuring Jessica Corwin, Re-Spin’s Head Coach & Licensed Dietitian. She’ll be addressing wellness, nutrition and health pertaining to single parent as well as providing insight as to what’s really happening during perimenopause, and what practical steps moms can take to feel better without overhauling their entire lives.
🎧 Make sure to subscribe—Jessica’s interview is one you don’t want to miss.
Also On Our Radar: The M Factor
As part of The SHE Shift, we’re spotlighting bold voices helping shift the narrative around women’s health. One of them is The M Factor—a powerful storytelling platform and movement amplifying menopause conversations across media, policy, and culture.
🎬 Their message is clear: Menopause isn’t a medical issue—it’s a societal blind spot. And it’s time we start listening.
Wellness That’s Personal, Practical, and Powerful
The SHE Shift isn’t about bubble baths or guilt-ridden self-care. It’s about real restoration—soul-deep, accessible, and sustainable. It’s about equipping moms with tools, truth, and the support they didn’t know they needed.
💬 You’ll hear real stories.
📚 You’ll learn what no one ever taught you.
💡 You’ll walk away with options—not overwhelm.
This Fall, Join the Shift
You’ve powered through long enough. You’ve shown up for everyone else, even when your tank was empty. Now, it’s time to shift that energy back to you—with guidance, resources, and a community that truly sees you.

And you deserve to thrive through it.
